Laura's Story
As a 36-year-old mother of three, wife and business professional, Laura was a bit concerned about the spider veins that appeared on her legs. However, when her son asked why she had a “spider web” on her leg, Laura knew she had a real problem. That’s when she decided to make an appointment at Iowa Vein Center.
After examining her legs, the physicians at Iowa Vein Center recommended sclerotherapy, a relatively painless method of eliminating spider veins. The procedure was completed in the comfortable setting of the Center with no anesthesia. Laura was even able to resume her normal activities after the procedure.
